I have felt the same way so many times and so many times I strongly resolve to cut back, to use it more wisely, and stop wasting time and then the next day (or sometimes the next hour) I've found myself doing something pointless and my eyes are glued to the screen in front of me. I think I'll try to use the timer, it sounds like a great idea! <br /><br />I was at a youth conference this spring and when the speaker Sean McDowell talked about loving God with your soul he talked about taking care of it. One of the things he mentioned was taking time for silence and making things more simple.
